Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirming and rescheduling as necessary to optimise patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information regarding services and procedures.
- Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Process patient registrations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth operations within the practice.
Experience
- Experience working in a GP medical practice or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
