We are looking for a skilled Accountant for a full time role basis in IRVING TEXAS.

This role involves handling diverse accounting tasks, including multistate payroll management, benefits reconciliation, and balance sheet reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting systems and payroll processes, ensuring accurate financial operations and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multistate payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Reconcile benefits accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial operations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and accounting functions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct audits to identify and address any accounting irregularities.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Assist with tax preparation and payroll tax reporting requirements.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting workflows.

Requirements - Proficiency in accounting software systems, including ERP platforms.

  • Extensive experience in payroll processes, including multistate payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits reconciliation and balance sheet account management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and VBA.
  • Familiarity with auditing procedures and financial compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Certified Payroll certification is a plus.
