Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the Role: Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst I and help keep our financial engine running smoothly! In this role, you’ll apply and reconcile customer payments, dive into payment mysteries to uncover and resolve discrepancies, and keep our month‑end processes on track. You’ll communicate directly with clients when clarification is needed and support invoice generation, distribution, and account setup.

Along the way, you'll prepare reports, maintain accurate client records, and jump in to assist with collections and unpaid invoice research. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow your AR expertise, we’d love to meet you!

• Process and post a high volume of customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to research and resolve payment application issues.
• Support the AR team with invoice generation, account reconciliation, and collection efforts.
• Prepare scheduled and ad‑hoc reports.

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• One plus (1+) years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Solid knowledge of accounts receivable concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
• Data entry and 10‑key proficiency
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Close attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
  
  Ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Salary: $27/hr–$29.85/hr
