executing special projects as assigned by the Chief, Assistant Chief or Business Services Manager; serving as backup for the Business Services Manager in their absence; acting as Program Director for Texas Fire Chiefs Association (TFCA) Best Practices Recognition Program, which involves updating / maintaining over 100 files so they comply with policies and procedures and new directives; compiling the annual report and submitting to TFCA every year;
and recertifying for Best Practices Recognition every seven years. Additional duties include notarizing documents; contacting outside agencies and individuals to find answers to pre-determined questions, which includes completing customer surveys and conducting internet research; and coordinating departmental community outreach efforts and presentations. An Associate degree or equivalent, and five years of related experience required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Experience with Munis, Minute Traq, ESO, Telestaff, Vector Solutions, Everbridge, Docusign, and Onbase beneficial. A résumé must be submitted with application.
PAY GRADE GG20 / FULL PAY RANGE $29.47 - $41.52 PER HOUR
