Up to 6 months of training.A lifetime of opportunity.
Your first 6 months as a Branch Office Administrator is focused on your training. Leader-led virtual training and self-led online training – solo and with your financial advisor – will get you up to speed on the financial services industry and your daily responsibilities as a critical client support team member. We’ll assign you a mentor – a Branch Office Administrator in your community dedicated to your success – as well as a branch team trainer in headquarters to support you during your initial training.
After your training, you’ll have opportunities to continue learning and develop professionally by volunteering for leadership and mentor roles.
