. Anywhere Integrated Services provides title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services to real‑estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions.

• All receptionist responsibilities (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set‑up, processing deliveries and mail)
• Assisting with opening new customer/client files in the database system
• Managing office supplies and work/copy room upkeep
• Assisting Escrow teams with various tasks as needed

• Friendly, outgoing, sharp, well‑organized person with strong work ethic and a desire to find solutions that help customers have a truly remarkable experience closing their real estate transactions.

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience required
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred (title/escrow/real estate/property management)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to work at the location (this is not a remote position)
