Position Description

McKesson, a leading Fortune 9 healthcare company, is seeking a strong, skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the large and growing Enterprise Applications organization. The Executive Assistant will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks for Senior Vice President in technology and select members of Leadership Team, exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

This individual will be a highly resourceful team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. He/She will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Duties include organizing schedules, coordinating information and being in contact with all people concerned.

Acts as the liaison between the SVP & VPs, the company s other departments and external key clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, ensuring the SVPs are prepared for meetings and key engagements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize and support leadership meetings, off-sites, and town halls, including agenda planning, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Maintain organizational charts and track budgets related to VP team activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the SVPs, internal departments, and external clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.
Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 6+ years of related experience.

Critical Skills
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Detail-focused orientation and strong ability to drive complex tasks to completion across organizational lines.
  • Experience with budget tracking and organizational chart creation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson s pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

$31.80 - $53.00
