You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining sensitive data using internal and external information systems. This role will be required to have strong typing abilities, attention to detail, able to maintain records, and assist with data sourcing for reporting purposes.

• Assist with data mining for periodic State data reporting and submission of PEIMS and Core Collections.
• Perform data entry and maintenance of PEIMS data in various financial and student information systems like Skyward, Power School, Ascender,Websmart, and others.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry including routine updates and reports.
• Assist with updates and verification of current andpreviouscampus data collection and data submission to the State for inconsistencies.
• Perform system data/information conversion and data entry accuracy.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any inconsistencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Hourly pay range $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
