Our client in the Irving, TX area is seeking a 1099 Project Analyst ti join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with adjusting/updating 5000+ vendor accounts for 1099 processing
Adjusting vendor information, validating tax IDs and addresses, and resolving returned notices and discrepancies from the IRS and USPS. - Working returned mail, correcting vendor records, resolving Notices, coordinating with the tax department, and supporting IRS correction processes.
- Intermediate Excel skills - Pivot Tables.
- VLOOKUPs.
- Ability to use third-party validation tools and internal systems#DALFT
