- Review and support supplement processes by clarifying additional repair requirements
- Communicate estimate details and repair needs clearly to customers

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer-focused service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a performance-driven, improvement-oriented environment
- Proficiency with industry-standard estimating tools and processes
