. This full‑time position is located at our Irving, TX office.
As a key member of the team, you will spearhead asset management for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV, and Marine assets, working onsite Monday to Friday (8:00 AM‑5:00 PM or 8:30 AM‑5:30 PM).

Company Overview: Ironhorse Funding is a leading provider of technology‑driven finance solutions for consumers and dealers in the motorcycle, powersports, RV, and marine markets.
Responsibilities- Lead repossession, transport, impound, and liquidation processes.
- Coordinate with customer solutions, accounting, and compliance teams to streamline processes.
- Manage communication with repossession and auction vendors; approve fees and monitor performance.
- Prepare accurate sales notices and maintain documentation of account activities.
- Negotiate resolution of impounded collateral and evaluate valuations.
- Conduct fee request reviews and ensure training requirements are met.
- Associate’s degree or minimum of two years of related experience.
- Strong customer service, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Passion for motorcycles, powersports, RVs, and the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with installment lending practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
