The On-the-Job (OJT) Trainer is a hands-on role responsible for providing direct, practical training to new hires and existing employees across various departments. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with the ability to effectively mentor and guide trainees. The OJT Trainer will ensure a consistent and standardized learning experience for all trainees, maintaining a maximum trainee ratio of 1:4.

• Provide Hands-On Training:
  Conduct one-on-one and small-group training sessions in the work environment to teach job-specific skills and processes.
• Mentor Trainees:
  Guide and support trainees through their learning journey, offering constructive feedback and answering questions to ensure they achieve proficiency.
• Maintain Training Standards:
  Ensure all training activities align with established company procedures and best practices, contributing to a standardized and high-quality learning experience.
• Proficiency in All Departments:
  Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all departmental functions and workflows to effectively train employees across the organization.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Keep accurate records of trainee progress, performance, and feedback. Communicate regularly with the Training Lead on training outcomes and any challenges encountered.

• Proven expertise and proficiency in all relevant company departments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to teach complex information clearly.
• Experience in a mentoring, coaching, or training capacity is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency in Warehouse SWIs and MHE certifications a plus.
