The Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our hospitality, multifamily, and semiconductor markets. This role is ideal for a strategic, self-motivated professional with strong industry relationships and a proven track record of winning and managing construction projects. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and partnering with our internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies targeting hospitality, multifamily, and semiconductor verticals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify new project opportunities, prepare proposals, and support bid management.
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate project scoping and client alignment.
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Business development or sales experience in the construction industry, with exposure to hospitality, multifamily, or semiconductor projects.
- Proven track record of successfully securing projects and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
