- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment
- Attention to detail in tracking metrics that trigger product delivery phases
- Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders updated on delivery status
- Comfortable using event management technology platforms
- Fast learner with adaptability
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to review reports and take action based on data
- Ability to communicate status updates and escalate issues as needed
- Support operational delivery of exhibitor elements across multiple B2B in-person and virtual conferences, including project management, floor plan management, digital event platform management, financial management, staff planning, and production scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and improve exhibit floor plans to maximize revenue and engagement
- Manage conference budgets, including exhibitor fulfillment costs, monthly forecasts, and expense management
- Provide onsite support at conferences for in-person and virtual exhibit delivery, including production schedule, staff management, and vendor coordination
- Manage and maintain online client-facing portal with logistical information and deadlines for exhibitors
- Anticipate and respond to client requests with a service-focused approach to drive exhibitor retention
- Partner with Exhibit Operations leadership to provide feedback, improve processes, and scale the business
- Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure successful conference execution and build strong working relationships
- Achieve operational excellence by executing conferences on time, within budget, and with attention to detail
- Develop understanding of the conference business, including attendee and exhibitor value propositions
- Standardize operational processes, project management practices, and best practices for conference planning and delivery
- Bring innovative and creative approaches to team management, engagement strategy, and operational execution
- Collaborate with key internal teams:
Client Services, Exhibit Sales, Logistics, Creative and Branding, Content, Finance and Future Planning, Program Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Solutions - Work effectively with external contacts including agency partners and vendors
