About the Role

In this position, you’ll evaluate, underwrite, and monitor Affordable Housing Program (AHP) applications and grants. You’ll work closely with banks, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to ensure projects meet program guidelines and deliver measurable community benefits. The role blends analytical rigor, regulatory compliance, and relationship management in a mission‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze rental and owner‑occupied project disbursements to ensure compliance with program regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis of complex multi‑family housing developments.
  • Provide technical assistance to member institutions, nonprofit organizations, and local leaders.

  • Completion of corporate bank credit training or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Housing‑related certifications (e.g., Grow America/National Development Council) are a plus.
