What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead production and inventory improvement initiatives using structured project management practices
  • Maintain accurate and aligned transactional data across inventory systems (Command, SAP)
  • Analyze inventory processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with global and local teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and deliver actionable solutions
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives, including robotic process automation (RPA)
What Are We Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process optimization, operations, business management and SAP rollouts
  • Proficiency in software tools, including SAP MM and Microsoft Excel required
  • Industry experience in heavy building materials; experience with ready-mix, aggregates, or hot-mix asphalt is a plus
