• Build strong relationships with new clients to understand their unique needs, requirements, and expectations for a successful implementation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and key milestones while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues efficiently, and provide consistent project status updates to clients and stakeholders.

The Implementation Manager is a client-facing role, responsible for onboarding new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. This role will be an external client facing role. In the client facing role, responsibilities include establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process. Additional responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive project teams to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.

At the Sr. Analyst level you are expected to drive your Implementations independently - leveraging a curious tenacious mindset to think critically in order to delivery high quality outcomes.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management required
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools required
• Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication

Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required - 10-25% depending on specific role

• PBM or Health Plan experience
• Client implementation experience

• HS Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Candidates required to work in Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings. Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations, Scottsdale, AZ - Irving, TX - Northbrook, IL
