** Job Description
**** Job Summary
** Responsible for identifying and procuring goods and services required by the organization. Collaborate with business units to define requirements, source third-party solutions, negotiate pricing, and manage the purchase and delivery of goods and services. Support Exeter’s Procurement processes and provide routine administrative assistance.
** Job Duties
*** Administer and manage contracts, including proactive management of contract renewals, change-orders, and resolution of issues or disputes, including managing the supplier’s onboarding/off-boarding process.
* Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors, internal vendor managers, and business partners, and serve as a key liaison.
* Develop, issue, and manage complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as well as bids and quotes.
* Conduct market research and cost analysis to find the best suppliers and maximize value.
* Lead negotiations with suppliers on terms, pricing, and contracts for major projects.
* Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making, including developing and presenting comprehensive reports and dashboards on procurement performance.
* Analyze and process purchase requisitions in collaboration with Finance and business partners.
* Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
* Maintain procurement communications and internal activities, including management of procurement mailbox within SLA Guidelines.
* Provide guidance, training, and technical assistance to lower-level procurement staff.
** Education and Work Experience
*** College degree in Business Management, Finance or Supply Chain or equivalent work experience.
* 4-6 years of procurement experience.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
* Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn and support new systems and applications, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and Word preferred.
* Adaptive learner and ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
* Ability to work collaboratively across all departments.
* Friendly attitude and excellent people skills.
* Strong work ethic.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
