Manages strategic technology supplier relationships, vendor governance, intake operations, contract reviews, supplier engagement tracking, and executive-level visibility across the vendor lifecycle.

• Leads the resolution of supplier, contract, SOW, and project intake issues by coordinating with business partners, Purchasing, Legal, Finance, and project intake issues by coordinating with business partners. Develops and improves VMO workflows, VIDA intake processes, review checklists, approval paths, templates, reporting methods, and escalation routines. Implement processes and tools for different types of contracts, risk assessments, disputes, and issue resolutions, etc.

• Analyzes the existing supplier networks to assess their capability of meeting business objectives; recommending new vendors in terms of capacity. Evaluates supplier engagements, project volume, renewal timelines, spend exposure, concentration risk, aging requests, and supplier alignment with business needs.

• Partners with business, supplier, purchasing and legal teams to review SOWs, renewals, amendments, NDAs/NDSAs, and MSAs for completeness, commercial alignment, risk, scope clarity, deliverables, funding alignment, acceptance criteria, and governance requirements.

• Relevant professional experience in sales, business development, account management, supplier managements or a related field. Substantial equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.

• Plans, estimates, staffs, organizes and monitors significant projects.

• Identifies risks and vulnerabilities; creates contingency plans.

• Conducts regular and ad-hoc project reviews with project team, sponsors, and clients.

• Maintains open communication among project participants and interested parties.

• Communicates reporting requirements; creates monitoring and control mechanisms.

• Tailors communications and presentation across an appropriate range of technology mediums to communicate effectively with stakeholders in formal and informal situations.

• Provides assistance to colleagues promoting a culture of inclusion, collaboration, ethics and compliance.

• Applies empathy and cultural sensitivity with diverse stakeholders.

• Assesses the opportunities and risks of pursuing a corporate strategy in the context of ever-increasing complex stakeholder considerations.
