Senior Project Manager – Concrete Construction

Are you ready to take the next step in your concrete construction career? We’re seeking a Senior Concrete Project Manager to lead multiple high-profile concrete projects and serve as the company’s senior on‑site representative. This is a chance to bring your deep industry expertise to a role where you’ll oversee teams, drive project success, and build lasting client relationships—all while growing your influence in the concrete construction industry.

You’ll Do
  • Lead with impact :
    Manage all administrative and technical requirements across multiple concrete construction sites.
  • Guide your team :
    Oversee Project Managers in contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, financial setup / updates, and scheduling.
  • Deliver results :
    Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, with quality, and profitability.
  • Build relationships :
    Strengthen client and subcontractor partnerships by proactively delivering on promises and creating new business opportunities.
  • Champion safety :
    Drive risk management processes and foster a safe work environment.
  • Shape the future :
    Contribute to pre‑construction planning, project start‑up, man‑hour studies, and project plans while mentoring staff and participating in training and certifications.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of concrete construction experience with a subcontractor or self‑perform GC; OR 16+ years of construction‑related experience.
  • At least 8 years as a Project Manager for a structural concrete subcontractor .
  • Strong working knowledge of cast‑in‑place concrete specifications and tolerances .
  • Proven ability to analyze concrete construction metrics —labor production rates, equipment utilization, formwork systems, and material costs—and forecast costs at completion.
  • A passion for concrete construction and a drive to grow in responsibility and leadership.
