You will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, while managing crews, subcontractors, and field operations to meet contract drawings and company standards.
In this role you will mentor field teams, enforce the Safety Program, manage equipment and documentation, and maintain strong relationships with clients and inspectors.
