The Walsh Group is seeking a Preconstruction Manager for its Water Division in Dallas, TX. The role leads multi-disciplinary preconstruction teams, guides GMP negotiations, and supports pursuit strategies to win collaborative delivery projects.
Responsibilities include reviewing bid documents, refining proposals, building relationships with subcontractors and owners, and coordinating with sponsors on schedules and bid preparation. Travel to bidding regions may be required.
