As a Construction Administrator at Multi Point, you will be our team’s eyes in the field. You will conduct site observations and punch walks, review RFIs and submittals, and write clear field reports and assessments for healthcare, aviation, education and public projects across your region. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to schedule site visits and meetings at each stage of design and construction, track open items through closeout, and help our clients see their projects completed as designed.
Qualifications:Experience in construction, construction administration or MEP engineering. Familiarity with RFIs, submittals and construction documents. Strong writing, organization and communication skills. Ability to travel regularly to project sites within your region.
