Remote Roofing Estimator

• Annual Pay: $45,000 - $51,000

• Full-Time Position:

• Paid Time Off: 40 hours annually, accrued weekly, beginning after 90 days of employment

• No Daily Fieldwork:

• Work remotely for Belmont Roofing Solutions, based in Bartonville, Texas

• Review residential and commercial roofing inspection reports, photographs, measurements, and project documentation

• Prepare accurate roofing estimates for repairs, maintenance, restoration, and complete roof replacements

• Estimate commercial roofing projects involving TPO, low-slope roofing systems, and other commercial roofing materials

• Evaluate documented roof conditions, including leaks, storm damage, material deterioration, and areas requiring repair

• Calculate roofing material quantities, labor requirements, and project costs using available inspection information

• Review roof measurements, project specifications, and supporting documentation to develop detailed estimates

• Enter roofing estimates, project updates, and customer information into Job Nimbus

• Coordinate with internal teams when additional measurements, photographs, or on-site inspections are needed

• Communicate project scope, estimated costs, and roofing recommendations to production and operations teams

• Maintain organized project records and accurate estimating documentation

• Manage multiple residential and commercial roofing estimates while meeting assigned deadlines

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing estimating, roofing inspections, or roofing project support

• Experience preparing residential and commercial roofing repair and replacement estimates

• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO and other low-slope roofing applications, strongly preferred

• Understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, roof repairs, and replacement processes

• Ability to interpret roofing inspection reports, roof measurements, photographs, and project specifications

• Experience using Job Nimbus or comparable roofing CRM and estimating software

• Ability to calculate material quantities, labor requirements, and estimated project costs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain accurate records, organize project information, and manage multiple estimates

• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Dedicated home workspace suitable for full-time remote work

• Access to a second monitor for reviewing roofing documentation and preparing estimates

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
