Why did the customer contact us?Customer contacted Dallas Security Systems to replace their camera.
Solutions provided:- DSS was contacted to replace the PTZ camera on the roof with a 16MP 180 Panoramic camera.
- Replaced the PTZ camera on the roof viewing the visitors parking with a 180 camera.
- Installed a 6 x 6 x 4 weatherproof box.
- Replaced 4 feet of half inch seal tight and one seal tight connector.
- Programmed the rooftop camera and adjusted the view. Customer verified everything functioned properly.
