This is a part‑time/full‑time hybrid role based in Irving, TX, with a flexible schedule that is based on the event calendar. As an Event Installer/Balloon Art Fabricator, you will be responsible for the setup and installation of balloon decor, scenic props, and event rentals. Your day‑to‑day tasks may include creating balloon designs, preparing event materials, coordinating with clients and team members for smooth execution, and ensuring high‑quality service during events.

Travel within the Dallas‑Fort Worth area may be required to meet the needs of our events.

• Experience and skills in balloon art fabrication, design, and installation processes are welcome but not necessary.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Effective communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and perform manual tasks as required for event setups.
• Knowledge of event setup and takedown processes, including scenic production and prop handling, is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends.
• Prior experience in event production, creative arts, or a similar field is beneficial.
• Preferably bilingual.
