Full-Time

Hours:

Training is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. After training, various shifts are available Monday - Friday.

• Efficiently process customer orders, offer product suggestions, and manage account inquiries using advanced technology.
• Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll provide the training you need to confidently address product, pricing, and shipping inquiries.
• Build meaningful business relationships with clients through phone, email, and chat support.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that best fit Uline's offerings.
• Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication abilities.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial; however, a willingness to learn is essential and we will provide training!
• Bilingual:
  Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
