Registered Dental Assistant; RDA Thrive in Supportive Private Practice

Eco Dental & Wellness | Irving, TX | Full-time | $23–$26/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; occasional Fridays with advance notice

We're looking for an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Assistant with strong leadership qualities to join our growing team.

This is a leadership-focused position designed to work alongside and support our current Lead RDA. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, enjoys mentoring others, and helps keep the clinical team running efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience; RDA certification required.
• Strong chairside and clinical skills

• Experience with iTero, in-house crowns/onlays, implants, and restorative dentistry
  .
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with dental software.
  Archy experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Proactive, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
