* Expectations and Responsibilities:
* Introduce intern to the tools, processes, and methodologies used in design project coordination for convenience store development.
* Build foundational skills in design including floor planning, architectural, and civil design.
* Provide exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Entitlements, and Construction teams.
* Assist in maintaining design quality by supporting design deliverable owner review.
* Support prototype design development through change request development.
* Analyze historical design data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
* Participate in design review meetings and contribute to variance analysis and reporting.
* Complete a capstone assignment.

Qualifications:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field
* Strong, clear and concise communication and writing skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
