A part-time contract position is available for a licensed school psychologist to support a K-12 school in Irving, TX. This role focuses primarily on conducting reevaluations, with opportunities to assist with initial evaluations if needed. While some counseling may be involved, it is not a strict requirement for this position. The assignment runs through the current school year, ending in May 2026, and requires onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological reevaluations for students across K-12 grade levels
- Assist with initial evaluations when available
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student needs
- Provide counseling support as needed (optional)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district guidelines
Qualifications and
Experience:
- Experience working within a K-12 educational setting
- Familiarity with assessment tools and evaluation procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage part-time caseload efficiently
