Your role in our team
  • You will lead the design and release of mechanical assemblies, layouts, and BOMs within larger system projects
  • You will ensure mechanical designs align with system-level requirements, manufacturability, and cost targets
  • You will perform calculations, tolerance analysis, and design reviews to guarantee the reliability of equipment
  • You will collaborate with controls, electrical, and software teams to align system integration
  • You will support FAT, SAT, and commissioning through hands‑on troubleshooting and validation
  • Interface with suppliers, offshore teams, and manufacturing to ensure designs are built and installed successfully
  • You will provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and provide feedback on future system designs
  • You will travel up to 30% to support customer integration projects
Your Profile
  • You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • You have gained 2‑5 years of mechanical design experience in automation, capital equipment, or material handling
  • You are proficient in 3D CAD modeling and mechanical documentation (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD, Solid Works)
  • You know materials, fabrication methods, and GD&T
  • You have demonstrated the ability to independently execute mechanical design tasks within multi‑disciplinary projects, with a strong track record of delivering integrated, on‑schedule solutions in complex system environments, including on‑site validation and integration.
  • You are comfortable working in office, shop, and warehouse environments with occasional exposure to noise, confined spaces, and temperature changes
  • You have strong communication skills for cross‑functional and customer‑facing collaboration
