• Integration testing throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, heavily interacting with development teams to ensure proper test execution.
• Collaborate with other Software Integration Test Engineers to develop integration test plans, test scenarios, and perform testing on target instruments in the lab.
• Complete software integration activities for development user stories within an Agile SDLC process.
• Perform exploratory testing and system‑level end‑to‑end integration, incorporating customer day‑to‑day scenarios.
• Investigate and report unexpected events, issues, or software bugs; verify fixes.
• Travel requirement: minimal.

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of integration test methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in technical proficiency, creativity, and independent thought.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience performing software integration testing of complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience working in the medical industry and in an FDA‑regulated environment is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with complex diagnostic medical equipment; experience with Abbott IVD systems is a strong plus.
• Moderate knowledge of Agile methodologies.

$30/hr

This role is considered an on‑site position located in Irving, TX
. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
