Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and implementation of HVAC systems for various types of buildings, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and standards.
• Conduct detailed load calculations and energy modeling for HVAC systems.
• Review design plans and construction documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead and manage HVAC-related projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other team members and stakeholders.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed 2B / 3D models and drawings of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC design and installation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into work as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
  Master’s degree or PE license is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on HVAC design.
• Experience with restaurant, retail, hospitality, commercial, or entertainment venues preferred.
• Strong skills in load calculation for HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and basic understanding of Revit.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills; ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
