Field Service Engineer

Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Previous 12 volt telematics experience in the transportation and fleet industry; scheduling and management of project tasks and resources, change management, mitigating risk and status reporting

Comprehensive knowledge of all the aspects of a project’s lifecycle, specifically in the areas of design, configuration, coding, testing, implementation and documentation

Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft Access, MySQL, MSSQL, Mongo, or Oracle.

Previous experience supporting and/or implementing OEM solutions for large companies is preferred

Aptitude to quickly learn new products and technologies, and apply it to a client's real-world business situation

Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills – can find creative solutions and workarounds to meet customer expectations

Ability to multi-task and work under dynamic conditions and constraints with minimal supervision (strong analytical, prioritization, time management, and follow-up skills)

Ability to effectively manage clients and their expectations, demonstrating good influencing skills together with a high degree of self-confidence and self-motivation

Bachelor's or Higher Degree is required
