Mechanical Engineer
B&H Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to lead the delivery of mechanical systems design across the firm's commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and institutional portfolio. This is a senior role for an engineer who has moved past production work and is prepared to own outcomes: the technical quality of the design, the schedule it is delivered against, and the client relationship that surrounds it.
The position carries responsibility for project oversight from concept through construction administration, direct client interaction on production and delivery matters, and the development of the mechanical staff who support each project. The successful candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas with at least fifteen years of consulting engineering experience in building systems design.
B&H is a firm of fewer than thirty people. The engineer in this role will have visible influence over how projects are run and how the mechanical group grows.
