We are seeking a Technical Product Lead to support Körber’s Material Handling Equipment (MHE) hardware product portfolio by owning requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and day-to-day execution in support of approved product strategies. This role is focused on MHE hardware products, including conveyor and sortation systems, and requires close collaboration with system integrators to deliver standardized, scalable solutions. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable specifications that drive predictable delivery and reuse.

The Technical Product Lead is accountable for what is built within their scope, ensuring alignment to standards, technical product definitions (TDPs), and customer value, while enabling Engineering teams to execute efficiently.

• Own and maintain product requirements, features, and enhancements aligned to approved product strategy and standards.
• Gather, document, and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and program requirements into clear, actionable inputs for Engineering.
• Translate customer and business needs into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and TDP inputs.
• Partner with Engineering and R&D teams to support execution, clarify intent, and resolve requirement-level questions during development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Design to support pricing inputs, bids, and proposals, ensuring product requirements and configurations are clearly defined and feasible.
• Support lifecycle activities for assigned products, including sustaining engineering, enhancements, and controlled end-of-life transitions.
• Engage with customers, solution design, and operations teams to validate requirements, collect feedback, and confirm product performance.
• Support reuse and standardization efforts by ensuring requirements align with established product architectures and standards.
• Assist Product Management with pricing analysis, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and tools that support internal teams.
• Monitor delivery outcomes and product performance metrics; provide structured feedback to Product Management and Engineering.

• Strong ability to gather, structure, and prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with automated material handling solutions, particularly conveyor and sortation hardware, and the ability to translate customer and operational needs into standardized, reusable product requirements.
• Ability to translate customer and operational needs into precise, unambiguous requirements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented and accountable professional with strong ownership, follow-through, and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to support decision-making through structured analysis and clear documentation.
• Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), TX area. This role is based at the Körber Innovation Center, where hands-on access to material handling equipment (MHE) and product test environments is essential for driving innovation, validating solutions, and achieving success.
