Mechanical Engineer, Building Services Engineer
As a Mechanical Engineer at Multi Point, you will design HVAC, plumbing, piping and central plant systems for some of the largest healthcare, aviation, education and public projects in the regions we serve. You will perform load calculations and equipment selections, prepare drawings and specifications, and plan and lead projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate with clients, architects and the MEP team, mentor junior engineers, and support quality control, working closely with a project manager to deliver every project on schedule.
Qualifications: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. PE license preferred; EIT candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional or healthcare buildings. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; load and energy modeling software (such as Trane TRACE or Carrier HAP) is a plus.
