A leading international manufacturer of flatbed inkjet printing machinery used in the wide format and signage industries is looking for a field service engineer to be based in Texas. This will allow you to work remotely from home. Expect heavy regional travel with limited weekend work. This is over 50%, and you may have to travel to Canada on the West Coast.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field service or maintenance of inkjet printing equipment. Any experience in color printing is strongly desired. An Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics degree is welcome. Good computer and communication skills are a must. The ability to work independently and within groups is key to success in this role.
Hourly with OT, starting yearly base salary is between $75k and $85k, so expect a $100k + income potential with a solid benefits package, and you get a company car or car allowance, laptop, and cell phone.
