About the RoleAs an AI Tutor in Civil Engineering, you will design and evaluate AI‑generated content, ensuring that specialized civil engineering queries are answered accurately and reflect true domain knowledge.
Responsibilities- Generate prompts that challenge AI on civil engineering topics.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI accuracy.
- Correct and provide feedback on the model’s responses based on your domain knowledge.
- Collaborate on diverse AI projects with your own schedule.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in one of:
Structural Engineering;
Geotechnical Engineering;
Environmental Engineering;
Transportation Engineering;
Water Resources Engineering;
Construction Engineering and Management;
Urban and Regional Planning;
Civil Engineering Materials Science;
Coastal and Ocean Engineering;
Earthquake Engineering;
Surveying and Geomatics;
Hydraulic Engineering;
Infrastructure Engineering;
Public Health Engineering;
Sustainable Engineering. - Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Proficiency in Python, including Num Py, Sci Py, and Pandas.
- Strong ability to create creative, computationally intensive problems.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and guidelines.
- Fully remote freelance role; requires a laptop, internet, and availability.
- Up to $55 per hour based on expertise and project.
- Part‑time, remote freelance project that fits around other commitments.
