AP Mail Clerk

AP Mail Clerk (on-site, supporting AP Trade, Check Processing, and Corporate)

• Match/Verify checks to backup.
• Log and prepare Fed Ex labels and envelopes.
• Run AP Trade check runs daily.
• Run Corporate check runs daily/weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ability to use all tools available in order to resolve problems in a timely manner.

• 10 Key 8,000 ksph
• Type 40 wpm
• Knowledge of MS Office software including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Highly organized
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer database systems
• Excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
• Team player
• High School diploma

• Dealership accounting/bookkeeping

• Typing, walking, standing & sitting.
