• Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing client & generating revenue
• Notify clients ahead of time without fail if we will not arrive in the specified time window
• Communicate with Parts & Purchasing department to help arrange efficient delivery of parts and scheduling of return visits
• Debrief with field staff upon the completion of a job
• Make sure all invoice and job notes are accurate and updated
