Ascension Search Partners has been engaged by a nationally ranked, private equity–backed middle‑market services company experiencing rapid growth through organic expansion and acquisitions to identify a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

This highly visible role will partner closely with the CFO and private equity sponsors to drive budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and investment decision support across a multi‑entity platform. The Director will lead investor and board reporting, manage adjusted EBITDA and pro forma analyses, and develop scalable forecasting and performance frameworks that align with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, including work in PE‑backed or acquisitive environments, strong financial modeling skills, and the executive presence to influence senior leadership.
