• Manage OpEx budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for assigned business units, focusing on SG&A and workforce planning
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making related to headcount and SG&A
• Prepare periodic close files and packages, ensuring accurate reporting for business unit leaders
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to financial performance and forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with business unit finance leadership to align targets and handle budgeting requests

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with FP&A systems such as JDE, Hyperion, and Oracle EPM
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and analytics tools

• Intermediate-level skills in Power BI and SQL
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including advanced Excel features such as power query and power pivot
• Experience generating management reports and handling SG&A budgeting/forecasting
