Senior Manager of Finance – On‑Site – Irving, TX
LHH is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to join a growing, operations‑driven organization with a national footprint. This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader who enjoys partnering closely with operations and driving performance in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operational finance, budgeting and forecasting, and cross‑functional leadership, along with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions.

Salary Range
: $125,000 – $145,000 per year.
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to multiple operational departments, partnering closely with operational leaders to improve financial performance and efficiency
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that support operational objectives and optimize resource allocation
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for operational functions, collaborating with department leaders to create actionable financial plans
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to enhance performance and mitigate risk
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls in collaboration with finance and compliance teams
- Build and deliver financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad‑hoc reporting for operational activities
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects that support business growth and operational excellence
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering strong financial and operational capabilities
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools, applying insights to drive innovation and improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or operational finance roles
- Proven experience partnering with operational leaders in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience translating complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset
