We have an immediate need for an Asset Management Lead to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will support the asset management needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am
-530pm. Some weekend hours required.

Your day to day as a Asset Management Lead

As the Asset Management Lead at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you will report directly to the Asset Manager and play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. Your responsibilities will include conducting meticulous reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with eligibility criteria for settlement, repossession, or legal referrals. You will leverage advanced reporting tools to identify accounts suitable for recovery, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding settlement offers and payment arrangements.

Essential functions include assigning and reviewing accounts for charge-off, monitoring payment arrangements, and preparing accounts for legal follow-up. You will also engage in effective negotiation, offering personalized talking points to facilitate customer interactions and maintain thorough documentation of account statuses. In this dynamic position, your adaptability and commitment to teamwork will be vital in fostering positive relationships and achieving successful outcomes in asset recovery.

Proficiency in reporting tools is essential for identifying eligible accounts for recovery and conducting comprehensive account reviews. Strong attention to detail is critical when validating eligibility criteria, including ensuring that all required legal notices are sent and up to date.

Effective communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers, providing clear notifications regarding settlements, and addressing inquiries professionally.

Candidates should also demonstrate negotiation prowess to facilitate successful payment arrangements and manage potential repossessions. Experience with software such as NLS and RDN is highly beneficial. Additionally, adaptability and accountability are vital traits, enabling you to monitor accounts and collaborate effectively within the team. Your ability to navigate complex scenarios with integrity will contribute significantly to the success of our asset management initiatives.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the position:

  • 2-3 years Asset management experience
  • Associates Degree in related field preferred
