We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic client in the Data Center industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with solid experience in financial analysis, project costing, and operational finance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision‑making, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitable growth. This role requires a strong acumen in financial analysis, project management, and strategic planning.

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee project costing and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standard.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to support strategic decision‑making.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, project costing, or operational finance.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are required.
• Previous experience in the Big 4, Private Equity, or Energy industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, project costing, and operational finance.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
