Our organization is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Director - Finance Transformation (IPO Readiness) to join our client's executive team. This is a thrilling opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our finance transformation initiatives, preparing the company for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), and ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements.

• Leading the finance transformation strategy and execution, focusing on the readiness for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
• Driving the development and implementation of efficient financial systems and processes, including a comprehensive ERP implementation.
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP, Insurance Accounting, STAT, and Model Audit Rule regulations.
• Overseeing financial and IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision‑making issues affecting the organization.
• Managing the relationship with audit firms, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing finance team.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a focus on finance transformation and IPO readiness.
• Proven experience with GAAP, Insurance Accounting, STAT, ERP implementation, Model Audit Rule, Project Management, and IT projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, and dynamic business environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information in clear and concise terms.
