• $135,000 to $160,000, depending on experience
• 401(k), plus medical, dental and vision insurance
• Year round client relationships, not just contact at deadlines
• Clients in oil and gas, healthcare, hospitality and other privately owned businesses
• Planning and advisory work alongside compliance
• Direct work with the Partners, and a real voice in workflow, client service and staff development

• Leading federal and state tax engagements and owning the quality of delivery
• Managing relationships with high net worth individuals and business owners year round
• Spotting planning opportunities and explaining what complex tax matters mean for each client
• Working with the Partners on client strategy and wider advisory needs
• Reviewing and developing junior staff

• Already a Tax Manager, or an experienced Reviewer ready for more client and leadership responsibility
• Strong public accounting experience and solid technical judgment
• Confident managing clients on your own
• CPA or EA preferred
