Understanding of automotive dealership operations

Understanding of commercial lending with emphasis in captive automotive dealership financing

Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products

Knowledge of financial statement analysis and dealer workouts.

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

Persuasive communication and presentation skills

Ability to interface with all levels of management

Additional Knowledge and Skills Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:  Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights

Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation

Work Experience & Education Directly related automotive experience in Commercial Lending Pref High School Diploma or equivalent Required Associate Degree Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience Preferred Master’s Degree
