We are seeking a highly experienced, hands‑on Staff GTreasury & Oracle Fusion Cloud Cash Management Lead to own the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of treasury and cash management solutions supporting mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise finance operations.

This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in both GTreasury and Oracle Fusion Cloud Cash Management
, including their integration with Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, banking platforms, and other financial systems.

Responsibilities:

GTreasury & Oracle Fusion Cloud Cash Management

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, and support of GTreasury and Oracle Fusion Cloud Cash Management.
• Design and configure treasury processes, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank account management, and bank reconciliation.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cash Management capabilities, including bank accounts, bank statement imports, transaction codes, reconciliation rules, and automated reconciliation.
• Design and maintain GTreasury integrations with Oracle Fusion General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management.
• Support bank connectivity and integration using SWIFT, SFTP, APIs, and standard banking formats such as BAI2, MT940, and ISO 20022 CAMT.
• Troubleshoot complex treasury transactions, bank statement processing, reconciliation exceptions, and integration failures.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, reconciliation efficiency, data quality, and operational controls.

M&A Integration & Legal Entity Onboarding

• Own the treasury and cash management technology workstream for mergers, acquisitions, carve‑outs, and legal entity integrations.
• Partner with Treasury, Accounting, Corporate Development, Tax, and Finance Technology teams to assess acquired entities' treasury systems, banking relationships, and cash management processes.
• Conduct discovery, current‑state assessments, fit‑gap analysis, and target‑state solution design.
• Lead bank account onboarding, legal entity setup, banking master data migration, and treasury configuration.
• Design and execute integration and migration strategies for bank accounts, cash balances, bank statements, and relevant treasury data.
• Support transitional service agreements (TSAs), Day 1 readiness, and phased integration of acquired entities.
• Develop cutover plans, reconciliation procedures, and rollback strategies to minimize disruption to treasury operations.
• Drive post‑acquisition stabilization, issue resolution, and transition to steady‑state support.
• Independently lead cross‑functional treasury technology work streams, owning solution design, technical decisions, delivery milestones, and production readiness.
• Partner with Treasury, Accounting, Security & Controls, and implementation teams to ensure acquired entities meet SOX, audit, and operational control requirements.

Systems Integration & Technical Delivery

• Own end‑to‑end integration architecture and data flows between GTreasury, Oracle Fusion Cloud, banking platforms, and other finance applications.
